
What about the trashcans?
ModBin Trash Valet provides each resident with a designated trash can as part of our service. In the event of damage or wear, we will handle all replacements to ensure continued service quality. Please note that replacement fees may apply in certain cases.
How does the billing work?
We send out invoices on the 1st of each month, with payment due by the 15th. We get that not every unit may be occupied, so don’t worry—we never bill for 100% of your community. We’re flexible and happy to work with you to find a billing setup that fits your needs.
Are we insured?
Yes! ModBin Trash Valet is fully insured and locally licensed to operate. If you ever need documentation for peace of mind or recordkeeping, we’re happy to provide it—just let us know.
How does ModBin Trash Valet operate?
We collect safely bagged trash from each resident’s doorstep and take it to the on-site compactor or designated disposal area—never off property.
